NOTICE OF 2023 GCPOA ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
6:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 2202 Avalon Place (77019)

The Annual Meeting for Glendower Court POA will be held in person at The Women’s Institute, 2202 Avalon Place, Houston TX 77019 and may be observed virtually via Zoom, on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Meeting packets were mailed to all households on October 12. The meeting will also be available via Zoom. If not attending in person, visit this ZOOM Link on 10/24 beginning at 5:55 p.m. (Zoom password is 378271)

For those unable to attend, or who are attending by Zoom, please send in your Proxy to help establish a quorum and to ensure that your vote is counted. A Proxy can be found in the Meeting Packet. Immediately following the Annual Meeting’s conclusion, the Board of Directors will meet to elect officers, set the dues assessment for 2024, and to approve the 2024 budget.

NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING on 10/24/2023: Notice is hereby given that the first Board meeting of the new Board of Directors will take place immediately after the conclusion of the 2023 Annual Meeting at the same location
as the Annual Meeting (The Women’s Institute, 2202 Avalon Place,

elect the Treasurer and Secretary for the Board. Members are invited
