Plan review by the Glendower Court POA Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is required for all new construction of any kind, and for any remodeling project that impacts an exterior wall or building line of a home, garage or outbuilding. Approval must also be granted before a structure can be demolished. Review is not required for interior remodeling that does not include any exterior changes. However, projects such as window, door and siding replacement, new gates or fences, generators, swimming pools and equipment, solar panels, patio covers, arbors and new roofs, must be submitted for approval under the “Site Feature” category.
