The GCPOA is accepting nominations for Directors and Officers for the 2025-2026 term. If you are interested in serving or know of a candidate who is willing to serve, please submit their names and interest to Nominations@GlendowerCourt.org by October 5. There are three open positions per the bylaws which call for staggered 2-year terms. You may also request to have your name on the ballot by replying to this message no later than 7:00 am Monday, October 6.

Glendower Court POA has a five-person Board of Directors. There are three positions to be filled at the annual meeting on the evening of October 23 at 6 pm. Members will elect one person to be both a Director (for a 2-year term) and to fill the Officer position of Vice-President and President-Elect. ACC members will also be elected. Immediately after these elections, Members will vote on the two remaining Director positions. The officer positions are President, Vice President/President Elect, Secretary and Treasurer, and are elected by the directors. The office of President 2025-2026 will be filled by Charlie Parker who was elected a director and Vice-President/President-Elect at the 2024 Annual Meeting. John Eads will remain on the Board as a non-voting member in the capacity of President-Emeritus.

Volunteers are also needed for committees including Beautification/Esplanade, Patrol, ACC, Public Works, Social Events and Traffic Control. Please respond to this message for more information about committees, or to add your name to the ballot for the ACC.
