Based on your input and questions raised at the Town Hall meeting in October, the revised drafts of the proposed Declaration (deed restrictions) and amended Bylaws are available for your review on our website here. Minutes of the Town Hall meeting and FAQs explaining basis for certain changes and in answer to questions raised by GCPOA members can also be found in this section of the website.
Please take a few minutes to review the changes and let us know if you have further comments or concerns by Monday, November 30. If you are happy with the documents or if your concerns have been sufficiently addressed, please tell us so. Depending on your responses, final documents are tentatively planned to be mailed in December for a formal vote. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about the proposed Declaration and Bylaws at association’s Annual Meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, December 9.
