The business to be conducted at the annual meeting will include the
election of the president-elect for 2023 and election of 3 Directors
nd a vote on the Amended Bylaws. If you are unable to attend the
annual meeting, please execute a proxy form and return it to the
Association per the instructions on the form.

NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING: Notice is hereby given that the first Board
meeting of the new Board of Directors will take place immediately
after the conclusion of the 2022 Annual Meeting at the same location
as the Annual Meeting (The Women’s Institute, 2202 Avalon Place,
Houston, Texas 77019). The main purpose of the Board meeting is to
elect the Treasurer and Secretary for the Board. Members are invited
to attend and observe the meeting  2022 Financial report
