Replat of Glendower Lots owned by St. Anne’s set for Oct 25

The City of Houston will consider a replat application and variance request from St. Anne Church to replat 5 Glendower Court lots which are deed restricted into a reserve with a unique name: “St. Anne Catholic Church”. The reserve is also proposed to include lots in Normandy Place along Fairview. The variance may make it more difficult to enforce the GC restrictions applicable to these lots in the future, although we are told the replat will not remove them. Concerns have been raised about potential impact of such a replat, if approved.   Information about this variance is available here.
